These Terms and Conditions regulate access to and use of the treqovent.com website (hereinafter, the "Site") operated by Treqovent S.A.S. By using the Site you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not continue browsing.
1. Identification of the owner
Treqovent S.A.S., Tax ID 30-71856392-4, with address at Av. Corrientes 1234, 8th floor, Office B, C1043AAZ, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina. Registered with the General Inspectorate of Justice under No. 12,847.
2. Nature of the Site
The Site provides information about real estate crowdlending in Argentina and allows you to subscribe to communications from Treqovent. The information published is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a recommendation, financial advice, offer or invitation to invest.
3. Subscription and data collection
To subscribe you must provide truthful, complete and updated data. Your information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Law 25,326.
4. Associated risks
Investments in real estate projects through crowdlending involve risks, including the risk of total or partial loss of the invested capital, liquidity risks, execution timelines and macroeconomic variations. Past performance does not guarantee future returns.
5. Regulatory framework
Collective financing activities in Argentina are governed by Law 27,349 on Support to Entrepreneurial Capital and CNV General Resolution No. 717/2017. Treqovent adjusts its operations to this framework.
6. Intellectual property
All content on the Site (texts, images, trademarks, logos, graphics and software) is the property of Treqovent S.A.S. or its licensors and is protected by the intellectual property laws of the Argentine Republic.
7. Limitation of liability
Treqovent shall not be liable for direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the Site, nor for the accuracy of information that third parties publish on external linked platforms.
8. Modifications
Treqovent may modify these Terms at any time. The current version will be the one published on this page, with the date of last update.
9. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any controversy shall be submitted to the ordinary courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, with express waiver of any other forum or jurisdiction that may correspond.
