At Treqovent S.A.S. (hereinafter, "Treqovent", "we" or "the Company"), with address at Av. Corrientes 1234, 8th floor, Office B, C1043AAZ, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina, we value your privacy. This Policy describes how we collect, use, store and protect your personal information when you interact with the treqovent.com website.

1. Data controller

The controller of your personal data is Treqovent S.A.S., Tax ID 30-71856392-4, registered with the General Inspectorate of Justice under No. 12,847. For privacy enquiries, you can write to privacy@treqovent.com.

2. Data we collect

We collect the data you voluntarily provide when filling in our subscription form (name and email address) and technical data generated automatically during your navigation: IP address, device type, browser, operating system, visited pages and referrer.

3. Purpose of processing

We process your data with the following purposes: to send you information about new real estate projects and communications from Treqovent; to analyse the use of the site to improve our services; to comply with legal and regulatory obligations applicable in Argentina, including Law 25,326 on the Protection of Personal Data.

4. Legal basis

Processing is based on your express consent when filling in the form, on the fulfilment of legal obligations, and on our legitimate interest in analysing and improving the operation of the site.

5. Data retention

We retain your data while your subscription remains active or, failing that, for the period necessary to fulfil applicable legal obligations. You can request to unsubscribe at any time.

6. Recipients and international transfers

We may share your data with technology service providers (hosting, analytics and email delivery) acting as data processors under contract. Some providers may be located outside Argentina, in countries that comply with an adequate level of protection or under contractual clauses approved by the Agency for Access to Public Information.

7. Your rights

Under Law 25,326 you have the right to access, rectify, update and delete your personal data, as well as to object to its processing. You can exercise these rights by sending an email to privacy@treqovent.com. The Agency for Access to Public Information is the control body in Argentina and you can file complaints with it.

8. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration: TLS encryption, access control, backups and periodic audits.

9. Changes to the policy

We may update this Policy. We will publish the new version on this same page indicating the date of the last update.
